Back to the pool today…   even though I really should have been outside!  It’s another gorgeous day here and for some reason, when the temperature is warmer outside, the pool seems warmer, even thought it’s indoors. It was the perfect temperature and I decided to give myself a structured workout today so I would feel as though I had accomplished something.  I am goal oriented – almost to a fault – but right now I’m feeling the need to “accomplish” stuff, so I went with it.

The workout:

1000 yds-

200 warm up mixed strokes

200 sprint/ez  (25yds sprint, kicking strongly/ 25yds easy, concentrating on form X 4)

:30 rest inverval

200 sprint/ez (see above)

:30 rest interval

200 sprint/ez (see above)

200 warm down mixed strokes
