I am taking a rest day today in favor of morning farmers market and practicing before a long afternoon/evening of rehearsals. Yesterday I had the pleasure of taking a sunny evening run with my fiance. We chose to stay on dirt the entire way and mixed it up with skipping, galloping, pull-ups and push-ups. We were out only for about 45 minutes but I was beat in the end. I went out with the idea of pushing hard enough to tire him out also and think I succeeded. We rounded out the workout with shabu-shabu. We both ordered the vegetarian plates and they were enormous but delicious. What fun! I had to wait a few hours before doing my PT exercises but went to bed feeling great!
