I had big plans yesterday to attend another spinning class but by the time I finished my Hebrew lesson all I wanted to do was go home and crawl into bed. So I did. Ahh… the luxury of being pregnant! I took two interrupted naps yesterday afternoon and went for a short walk to Whole Foods as the sun set. I felt totally exhausted on the way back and promised myself that I would get through last night’s show and today’s rehearsal, then spend take another nap. Whohoo! That left exercise for this morning when I was still pretty tired but feeling better. I woke up and did a vigorous half hour vinyasa yoga practice then decided to get to the pool and see how I felt. My back needed a good stretching after siting so much lately and I knew the water would be soothing. I was right, but way too tired to do much. I cut my workout in half and swam very slowly. I’m really glad I did and I’m even more excited for my impending nap right after I finish writing!
