Today was the first weekend I’ve had at home, with no plans, in a very long time.   It was a luxury to sleep in then amble our way through the Ferry Building farmers market.  This is truly one of my favorite ways to spend a Saturday morning!  We brought workout clothes and headed to the gym from the market.  I opted to take it easy today and focus more on floor exercises than aerobic.  I interspersed a few segments of cardio to get my heart up but mostly worked on strengthening core muscles.

The workout:

5 minutes elliptical machine warm up- did the one that requires use of my arms so they’d be ready for push-ups

5 minutes exercise bike, increasing intensity every 30 seconds
