My friend is in town and we decided to combine a morning walk with a visit to Clement for dim sum!  The hills in this city make for a great, low-impact workout.   My heart rate was pumping and my legs burning but my body feels great tonight and I know I’ll be ready for a high energy workout tomorrow morning.

If you are new to a city or just visiting for a few days and want to see things by foot, the City Walk travel decks are an excellent resource.   I saw Paris via a walking deck a few years back and visited places I would not have found otherwise!
